Dining
A table that changes with the seasons.
Our kitchen runs a short menu that shifts with what's good that week — no set course, no rush to turn the table. Breakfast is included with every stay; dinner is worth staying in for even if you weren't planning to.
The Kitchen
Led by a chef who shops before she plans.
Our head chef has run the kitchen since 2018. She writes the week's menu after visiting the market, not before — which means the printed menu is really just a suggestion, and the best dishes are usually the ones she tells you about at the table.
The kitchen sources from a handful of growers within an hour of London, works with a single fishmonger in Billingsgate, and keeps the wine list small enough that every bottle on it has actually been tasted by someone on staff.
